Historic 1985 Pete Rose 4192 Hit Game-Used Baseball. Pete Rose finally caught the great Ty Cobb when he dumped a single into the outfield September 11, 1985 against Eric Show. The entire crowd rejoiced while Rose was left in tears. This Official National League (Feeney) baseball saw action that fateful night at Riverfront Stadium. Properly prepped, the offered ball is signed by Rose and inscribed "Ball from 4192 Hit Game" on a separate panel. Ball shows excellent game use. Comes with full letter JSA COA and a letter of provenance from an old time dealer who got this directly from Pete.
