2015 Cincinnati Reds Raisel Iglesias signed GAME USED WORN Helmet 1st career RBI

This helmet was worn during his 2015 ROOKIE season. In 2015 Raisel started out his rookie campaign as a Starting pitcher, before converting to his closer role from 2016 on.

This helmet was MLB authenticated at the end of the season authentication session as GAME ISSUED. But most of you already know that MLB CANNOT authenticate it as being worn unless it comes directly from the player, during or after a game. Fortunately it shows tons of use!

Dirt, scratches, & even pine tar are evident all over the helmet. From that I was able to photomatch it to a game on Sept 2nd 2015 when they were playing the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field.

The Reds went on to win the game 7-4. It was also the game that Raisel collected his 1st and only triple (2nd career hit). And his first and only career RBI!! Making this a very RARE piece of Reds history.

Even more so now that he's the teams closer. The universal DH is coming to the NL. Once that happens, pitchers helmets will be at a premium.

I will probably then decide to keep this helmet & remove the listing. Helmet was also autographed by Iglesias.
